PinkyMom of a 1 yr 8 m old girl7 months agoA. Skin tone is genetically determined. No cream can lighten the skin tone. However you can use Johnson's Baby Cream on face to keep skin soft and moisturised. it hydrates baby's skin and locks moisture for upto 24hours

I wouldn’t advise to use too many skincare products for such a small baby. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
