please tell me if I can give Levocitrizine dichloride and Omnacortil syrup to my 11 months old as he has got some allergy and rashes.

If there is any discomfort in your child, let your doctor know that and seek further medical assistance. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the child and follow your doctors advice.
