please tell me about the diet of my baby...

A. Dear mum, for 2+ years old baby, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give variety of legumes, pulses, grains.
