If you are asking about yourself, then I will tell you hair fall is normal after delivery it is because of loss of nutrients you should take protein rich diet eat green leafy vegetables increase your fluid intake. Do I'll massage twice a week and go for hair spa once a month. It will help to control the hair fall.
