Maam if you avoid junk food sugary food and screen time that’s the best thing for your child’s brain growth because these things have become very common to be given and shown to the child from the age of one year or so thinking that the child would get smart at least my child is eating Maggie so all these things if you avoid trust me nothing is going to be better than that and include walnuts and almonds on a daily basis in the diet of your child
