Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly and breastfeeding at frequent intervals which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage in the child and you can keep the child warm with the help of a room heater

as stem actually helps in opening up nasal passages and clears the congestion.
Also must consult your paediatric for any Medicine required . no home remedies.
