There is no one particular food which helps in increasing height , it's important to include all the foods groups which will help in overall growth and development like whole grain, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oilseeds, eggs , etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby ll home mde food and add eggs, chicken, cheese, ragi, soked nuts, dairy products and fresh fruits and vegetables.
