please suggest some early morning and midnight healthy snacks for 2.6 year old.

A. Hello parent U can give fruit in the morning or home made chenna/ Sandesh, milk with dry fruit powder or soaked almonds as morning snack At night try to make the child have a healthy meal around 7-8 and at bedtime either milk or some dates or dry fruit ladoo or anjeer or makhana

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your child things like eggs vegetable soup Cheese slice you can give dry fruits paneer and potato preparations etc as mid snacks to your baby
