Please suggest remedies for flat nipples . Iam using nipple shield currently. Also how to increase the milk so that baby is fed full

A. hi.. you can use suction from breast pump, also practice V-fold with yiur fibgers that will help. to increase breast milk secretion take protien rich food, may take lactare capsules.
