please suggest me well balanced diet for 2 year old for her growth

A. Dear parent, for your 2 years old child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds to babys foods. Add ghee to babys . Give 5 to 6 meals a day including 2 healthy snacks in between.
