Why don’t is a very standard that there is no weight gain food if you give every thing to the child and your child eat well than that means your child is going to have very good and overall weight gain so go for porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato fruits and vegetables Suji Kheer Upma Halwa and all kind of dairy products
