U Can apply Vaseline petroleum jelly or Boroline anti septic cream whatever you want to also I’m going to tell you that it’s very important to keep changing the diapers every 4 to 5 hours and keep a gap of one hour in between change of two diapers avoid using diapers much if you can and always maintain hygiene down there by applying good cream
