Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. This must be Vira infection or allergy induced illnes. You must sooth kid's throat with Luke warm water,honey.add ginger, tulsi leaves in food. May give Alex junior syrup. In case heavy cough that impairs kid's sleep and play please consult physically.

Cherricoff He is one put medicine that you can go for otherwise you can go for Darbar Honitus also and you can just go ahead with giving it to the child about 2ML as of now your child is to kgs underweight so you need to work upon that weight gain as well
