please suggest me a better indian diet plan for 9 month old baby .. which food should i give or which food should i avoid ??? suggest me daily basis diet plan

A. good evening you should give all of the seasonal fruits and vegetables to the baby I will recommend you to try to give all kinds of pulses to the child you can even introduce eggs during winters
