Q.

Please suggest diet plan for 8th month of pregnancy. Need answer only from dietician or nutritionist or a doctor. Others, please refrain from replying.

A. hi during the 3rd trimester you should include protiens in most of your meals dals, eggs, chicken, paneer, soya, tofu, curds include a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well have almonds and walnuts daily 4 to 5 pieces walk for 15 mins twice a day
