Please suggest diet for breast feeding mom where baby and mom both has milk protein allergy

A. hello in such a case you should be avoiding all the food that can cause allergy for you and for the baby it would be better to give her formula milk in such a case or check with your doctor for the best alternative that you can be given for the child if breastfeeding should not be done
