please suggest a healthy dieat for my boy

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Good luck and take care.
