Please suggest a good folic acid tablet as I am planning to conceive. How many months it needs to be taken before conception?

Folgel he is very good but very honestly you should never take folic acid also without consulting the doctor because now the a lot of different combinations of folic acid also according to your requirement your doctor your gynaecologist can suggest you the best
