Please suggest a good folic acid tablet as I am planning to conceive. How many months it needs to be taken before conceiving?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 day agoA. Folic acid like folvite can be taken if you are planning to conceive but it is not must yo be taken before conception as it will be give to you for first 3 months of pregnancy
