A. Hello mom You can make variety of things such as porridge, for the savoury one - make it like Upma , - dry roast the plain oats , and add some grated vegetables to it and add seasonal like jeera , Turmeric, black pepper or chilli powder , and salt - add water as per the consistency you prefer and add ghee little and lemon juice . For milk version same can be done with milk and add dry fruits or fresh fruits with jaggery . You can make a powder and make dosa , idli with it
