Semi mashed foods roti with dal, Sabji (less oil, spices),curd,dal rice,curd rice, kichdi, pulav ,egg,meat as lunch, dinner with salads.
Dosa, porridge, idly, Ragi porridge, cerelac home made, fruit and vegetables puriees as break fast.
Fruit and vegetables salads or direct fruit into small pieces (finger foods)dry fruits and nuts Barfi, Ladoo (avoid Direct or crushed nuts to toddlers) , mur mur as snacks.
