Hi Move Dal water and rice what is the most common thing that you should be beginning with and slowly gradually you can start giving of vegetable purée and fruit purée to the child where in mashed banana and mash potato is also a healthy option to start with then you can slowly gradually give fruits and Suji ka items Paneer curd all these things are healthy to be given to the child
