A. hello mom, give lot of seasonal vegetables fruits different pulses lentils to your baby. in morning preferably give porridges halva soft Idli Dosa to your baby and for dinner give dal rice roti boiled vegetables vegetable puree to your baby and for dinner preferably give moong dal khichdi for Khichdi with lot of vegetables aur vegetable soup and for mid day snacks give weight gaining fruits like Banana chikoo custard apple also seasonal fruit
