Deepika MMom of a 4 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. make proper diet plan according to your everyday meal.. try to include local veggie and fruits available around you... keep variations in breakfast and evening snacks... many recipes available at first cry diet plan section but try every recipe considering your baby's needs... try new food in small quantities and check if it suits or not to your baby...

Add a little oil or fat to her food for energy. Be sure your child's snacks are healthy, such as fresh fruit.
