please please urgent btaiyega baby ko raat me fever aaya tha , subah ke 3:30 baje me fever 100.2 tha to usi waqt medicine di thi , av tk fever n hai to kya 9:30 bje medicine de de ya nhi ???

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it iyjs advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
