Q.

please note that after delivery new mom I have tried a lot for belly fat reduction but still I did not get proper result. i am doing exercise daily. kindly suggest me diet plan for full body weight reduction.

A. Hi You need to avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods , fried foods, bakery foods Add more of lean protein like egg whites, pulses, low fat milk, low fat paneer , Dal's, also add vegetables , fruits & nuts. Sleep well Exercise daily for 1 hour
