A. Hi mommy clean it Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hydration Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
