RamyasreeMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hi, give some strong food like cashews, almonds, rice, ragi, urad dal, toor dal, ground nut seeds. Fry all the ingredients and make it coarse powder, then whenever you want to feed the child add 3-4t table spoon of powder to boiling water and cook for 10min until like semisolid
