please help me , my baby health development. she is not taking enough food, her weight is 11.9 kg . please give me any suggestions.

So Basically says the child is not eating well which is why the child is not gaining proper weight as well so I’m just going to advise you as of now that it would definitely be very very important for you to consult a nutrition expert ones regarding the same
