Kindly consult your dermatologist because there could be a lot of reasons behind falling hair of your child because it is not normal in the age of four years so they’ll help you correctly along with that I would just tell you some reasons could be associated with dandruff scalp deficiency in the body and sometimes improper food habits can also lead to the similar issue
