Dear Mom the easiest way is that one year onwards you must try to give everything that is being cooked in your kitchen in your kitchen traditionally as this will help your child to develop the habit of eating everything and you will be able to provide a healthy balanced diet include all the fresh seasonal fruits as well as vegetables all milk and milk products if you are non-vegetarian add chicken soup and boiled eggsWrite Your Answer Here
