please check the photo, my son has developed swollen gum over one teeth, before this he had mild ulcer sort over the molar teeth, i used zytee ointment, but today I see this ..can someone help

A. Hi this gum swelling is infection due to cavitated milk teeth. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination and early treatment to prevent further damage

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to understand the condition. Get your child personally examined by the doctor and seek medical attention. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene routine for your child
