#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, My son is 4 years old and has developed with very s balls all over his back and the chest. I am attaching the photo for your reference. Could you please check and let me if I need to be worried or checked ?

A. it appears to be some type of allergy/ milia many times with proper hygiene it should resolve on its own and does not require any treatment so you can wait and watch for this
