Please can you tell me what is good for running nose for three months baby? And dose?

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be asshrociated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

A. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold Continue the regular diet of the child If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol g
