Please advise sleeping syrup for my 4 month old baby. He is not sleeping properly waking up after every 5 minutes of sleep

A. it is the ga slain. Gas and colic is a very common in babies . Some amount of gaseous distress and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain when there is severe .
