please advise my baby is having diarrhea since 3days for now complete watery . she has also got rashes in her private parts and cheeks she is not drinking formula milk also as she doesnt breast feed

For the dosage age and weight are important. So it is advised to first consult a pediatrician and then give a medicine. Take care
