Please advise by Baby Hanu weight is under as per WHO circumstances.. please advise for better results

A. If you would have given all the details about the weight of the child and it would have been easier for me to understand what is the difference as per WHO and consult your paediatrician or a nutritionist for better help in understanding over the issue also if any health Tronics would be advisable
