Domastal 10 drops can be given to the child as of now to help in controlling vomiting but if the vomiting is still continues after giving medicines as well then I would advise you to go ahead with a personal assessment with your doctor because a doctor would be able to tell you the correct reason and if any medication is required for the same can also be suggested by
