BhartiMom of 2 children1 week agoA. Don’t use a pillow for a 4-month-old (unsafe for sleep) ✅ To prevent/reduce Plagiocephaly: Give daily tummy time Change baby’s head position Limit time on flat surfaces 👶 See a doctor if it worsens or baby favors one side

If you’re willing to use a pillow then prefer using hollow pillow the head of the child will take its own shape if you stop making your child sleep on that side from wherever it has become Flat prefer using other two sides to meet a child comfortably sleep and use hollow pillow
