Yes, you can start giving boiled egg to your one year old baby. It is very healthy and contains all the nutrition and proteins. Baby need to regular diet plan. And now your baby is more than one year old so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions And baby should take at least four meals in a day
