Piles got developed after my normal delivery and it was controlled to great extent but after some time it comes out again and start paining. I want to know how to cure and what is the treatment of hamerroids?

A. hi mom u need to avoid constipation .. take fibre rich diet regularly plenty of water .. exercise regularly .. consult with your doctor for proper examination and treatment .. tc
