A. eat low calorie diet.
reduce sugar and fat intake.
prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables.
offer more liquid and fruits

to avoid gas problem , first , encourage your child to do more physical activities.
avoid giving gas generating food like potato, cabbage ,gram flour etc frequently.
keep your child well hydrated.
give tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
it will help to increase your child apetite and also help to cure stomach upset .
