A. These things basically happened due to hormonal imbalance which can be commonly seen with women after their delivery so you can consult your gynaecologist she can help you with medicines to regulate your hormones and regularise your period cycle so it’s nothing major that you need to be worried

A. I had this issue last year. I got a scan and there is no issue.. Consultant a doctor if it repeats or if you have any pain or foul smell etc..
