periods got missed last period date november 8th , 25days cycle , coppert inserted from past 2years urine test showing positive , in scan no baby present hcg 1100 after that got light bleeding hcg started to fall now hcg s 400 i have sever leg and lower backpain like labour pain why and when it ill stop

A. Looking like it’s a case of early pregnancy failure, and usually sac will be seen after the beta hCG is more than 1500. Pregnancies can still happen after copper t insertion. Ectopic pregnancy is what you should be careful of.
