Period late was 10 july bt now is 17 july .. pregancy test at home shows negative. what to do?

A. Okay so maybe it is due to disturbance in hormones and anyways we do not trust Home pregnancy test kit so if you have an expectation of it being pregnant then you directly go for an ultrasound with which will come to know whether you are pregnant or not and if you’re not pregnant then what’s the issue for delay of the periods
