Q.

people say mother's milk no more efficient after a year..dr is it true ...I don't think so...does it contains less nutrients now

A. Hello mama u can continue to breast feed ur baby till two years as long as u and ur baby are comfortable. Along with this give all the fruits and vegatables for Proper nutrition.
