Pelvic pain post normal delivery, unable to turn sides while sleeping, feel like stuck and unable to turn

A. this can result after a difficult labour particularly long and second stage of labour it is better to cancel doctor once at present you can take Dolo 650 for relief of pain

A. A separated pubic symphysis can take 3 to 8 months to heal on its own. For most women with this condition, pain or discomfort lingers for about 2 months after childbirth.
