Last week suddenly my 8 month old started bending head down touching chest or collarbone, making pout face and raising one arm along with it occassionally. Frequency of this has reduced to none or once or twice a day. she otherwise can sit, crawl and tries to stand with support and makes aa sound while playing alone. is this normal part of development or anything concerning and to be observed

A. it appears to be a normal behaviour in the child but if you feel that something is wrong you can always take a video and share it with your doctor who will tell you whether any intervention is required or just wait and watch policy

A. I think it may new something which she must be learned from someone. These type of activities always do by looking something. Kids always observe and imitate others. I think you should observe for some more days and then decide.
