A. Hai good afternoon !! A six month old baby requires 14-16 hours sleep in a day. Also babies Change their sleep pattern generally a new born sleeps through out the day and wakes up for feed and wakes at night. You can change this pattern and habituat sleep timings by following a schedule a nap after morning bath, feeding semi solids afternoon noon nap and night sleep. At this stage baby sleeps at a stretch 3-4 hours it's ok but feed every two-three hours in the middle of the nights.
