A. its goof but more importantly a balance diet ok.Always keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

A. Yeah it's a good supplement bit Any supplement to be given only after two years. These supplements may not be needed for this age as it may lead to other side effects too. Its good and safe to give after two years.
